Zeiss has announced its latest online auction, with customers having the chance to bid on up to 300 product listings, including a number of ex-demo and Zeiss refurbished measurement and inspection equipment items.
The refurbished equipment is brought up to the latest specifications, by specialist engineers, to the same high standards as users would expect from new. This includes genuine Zeiss parts and a manufacturer’s warranty, with some listings also inclusive of installation and calibration of the equipment. For full details of what's included, customers should refer to each individual product listing.
There are a variety of products covering a wide range of applications currently available on the Zeiss platform, including:
15+ CMMs, including production, bridge, horizontal-arm and optical systems
200+ listings for probes, styli and CMM accessories
Five microscope systems, plus a range of objectives and accessories
Multiple CMM fixturing kits and accessories
The auction platform itself is simple and easy to use, and works in a very similar way to other popular online auction sites. Users are first required to create an account before they can begin bidding. Once logged in, there will be the option to either place bids one at a time, or make use of the ‘auto bid’ function up to a maximum budget.
The current listings will end on Thursday 13th May 2021, although there is also the option to make an offer before the auction closes if customers are in a position to buy sooner. Two CMM auction highlights are listed below:
